The ability to generate letters to a General Committee member sometimes does not work in RailTrak 2000. What happens is that the program appears to not respond normally when trying to begin a new letter. Instead, you may see previous text of an existing letter with no way to choose someone to write a new letter to. Also, you may notice that you can not select any existing letter stored in the database to view or update.
If you experience any problems when trying to work with letters to the General Committee Officers, contact Erik Cross and he will walk you through a fix for your application. This rarely happens, but if it does we can fix it so that the program behaves normally.
